Our second visit was somewhat disappointing. Being of Italian descent, the pasta Bolognese is a complete MIS-NOMER ... it was NOT a Bolognese sauce at all [a Bolognese sauce is comprised of chopped meat (a combination of beef, veal, pork) with a small amount of finely chopped carrot & other seasonings in a tomato base] ... what was served was spaghetti & very hard meat balls in a not-so-good tomato sauce! The quality of the beef carpaccio was excellent (as it was the 1st time) BUT too much stuff (including vinegar doused chopped mushrooms) is served over it ... it should be a much more delicate dish [beef carpaccio on the plate (no greens under it) decorated with a small amount of finely shaved (not grated) parmesan or Romano cheese; some watercress (undressed) in center; extra-virgin olive oil or truffle oil over top ... & THAT'S IT!] With two tables (later 3) dining at an off-hour in the afternoon service should have been attentive to a fault ... but it was more like we were intruding. Sorry to say that Bello will not be on my list of restaurants to visit when next I travel to Quebec City. I don't like writing reviews like this but I'm hoping the chef & the management will read it.

C'est na troisième fois au restaurant & la première avec toute ma famille qui est en visite au pays. On était tous épatés par l'excellen service, accueil & bien sûr les plats & vins!

Tres bonne bouffe & ambiance mais le service pourrait etre ameliorer quand il y a beaucoup de monde!! Personne venait nous verser le vin!!

Personnel courtois & très poli. Ambiance très agréable. C'était une belle journée & nous avons apprécié la magnifique terrasse. Un menu approprié pour le midi une bonne sélection de choix.. Les plats commandés étaient délicieux, spécialement le tartare de saumon
Toutefois, j'ai trouvé que le vin au verre était très dispendieux 13.50 pour un chianti.

Notre serveur a été courtois & attentionné, sauf quand est venu le temps de nous recommander un vin dans notre gamme de prix qui était entre 60$ & 70$.
Je trouve personnellement qu'il a manqué de connaissance & eu une attitude peu hautain face à notre demande, ce qui provoqua un petit malaise à la table.

Pour le reste ce fut excellent, nos plats, dessert & petites attentions des employés.
Une première fois réussi & une très belle expérience culinaire.
