This restaurant isn't that good-at least not one of the best. The food tastes decent, but the noodles weren't fully cooked. What disappointed me the most was the extremely inefficient service & the almost nonexistent attitude. We waited more than ten minutes just to get the bill, & the food took a very long time to arrive.

What made me even more upset was that a waitress dropped a plate right next to me, & the shards nearly hit my feet & legs. Yet she didn't even say a single word of apology to me or to the table next to us, as if nothing had happened. I won't be coming back.

Super belle expérience au Bello dans le Vieux-Québec! L'ambiance est chaleureuse & vivante, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis ou en couple. On se sent vraiment ailleurs, avec un petit vibe italien dès qu'on entre.

Les plats sont excellents - mention spéciale aux pâtes fraîches & au risotto, tout est savoureux & bien présenté. On voit que les ingrédients sont de qualité & que tout est fait avec soin.

Le service est aussi impeccable: rapide, attentionné & professionnel sans être trop formel.

Bref, une valeur sûre dans le Vieux-Québec. Je recommande sans hésiter - c'est le genre d'endroit où on a déjà hâte de retourner après le premier repas!

Rien à dire sur la nourriture, délicieuse !

Nous avons fait 4 heures de routes pour un weekend d'amoureux. Bello était notre premier arrêt pour célébrer la fête de mon conjoint. Belle ambiance en rentrant. Cependant nous avons vite été désenchanté. La table à coté de nous était des employés en congé, résultat, parlaient fort, tous les employés venaient jaser autour de la table, absolument rien de professionnel & surtout désagréable! Au prix qu'a couté le souper il est vraiment décevant de devoir partagé notre soirée avec la moitié du Staff qui venait s'en arrêt jaser & prendre toute la place. Dommage, ceci a complètement changer le ton de la soirée ....
