We had an amazing experience at Bello! The food, the service, & the drinks we wonderful. You feel the friendly & fun atmosphere the moment you walk through the door! Our server, Patricio, was the best! He was also very nice to our daughters (age 15 & 8) as well. We were also thankful for his wine recommendations. If you're looking for great Italian food, Bello is your place!!

Très professionnel comme toujours. Aux petits soins pour les clients mais avant tout cuisine de grande qualité & authentique. La pâtisserie & notamment son vrai tiramisu digne des plus grands pâtissiers. È delizioso!

Very nice meal close to our hotel & in the heart of historic Old Quebec. Server was great & the meal was tasty & quick to come from the kitchen. The place had a good vibe with chill instrumental music that was a reasonable volume.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a good Italian food place while in Quebec.

We hardly go for Italian food outside of Italy as we travel there regularly. Happy we made an exception in Quebec though! The quality of the food at Bello simply exceeded our experience. The chef clearly works with top quality products only & creatively added a twist of Quebec to some of the dishes such as the'Parmesan fondue' that had a crispy outside & soft texture of melted cheese inside. Even if we were impressed by the starters & mains, we were blown away by the dessert. Whatever you have, make sure to try their chocolate based dessert that has the caramel taste of a mars bar but then less sugary, with interesting textures & simply divine taste. Their home made vanilla panna cotta with raspberry sorbet & coulis on a pistachio crust was in fact best we have ever had. Their interior is a bit more sophisticated & the place a bit dressed-up, definitely a venue to impress your partner!

While the dishes weren't exactly'stunning,' each one was of solid quality. My personal favorite was the seafood risotto - the flavors of the tomato & bell pepper blended most harmoniously. The beef cheek was standard but the mushroom flavor stood out nicely, & the duck-&-foie-gras pasta tasted pleasantly fresh. We arrived around 3 p.m., & the ambiance was elegant & quiet.

Ce n'était pas à se tirer dans les murs! On s'attendait à plus selon les commentaires & les posts que nous voyons sur les réseaux sociaux. C'est très bruyant & on dirait qu'ils ont maximisé le plus possible pour mettre des tables alors deux personnes qui étaient avec nous se faisaient toujours déranger par les gens qui passaient, autant serveurs que clients. La serveuse était limite sympathique. Ils nous ont demandé si nous voulions du pain sans toutefois nous préciser qu'il fallait le payer. Nous étions 6 personnes & les 6 avons dit que nous n'y retournerons pas. Je crois que c'est overrated!
