Balsamic that tasted watered down, in a rubbery caprese. Over breaded calamari with no flavour served with a lime(?!). Service that wanted you in & out. Felt like a airport restaurant transported into tourist central.
Dreadful. But fear not as part of a restaurant Empire this will be packed for many years with folk like us only going once. So why should they care..( no I don't believe locals keep returning) .

It was a reserved booking. We were seated at a table near the front door, where the chairs were uncomfortably hot due to an outdoor heater that had been turned on - despite it being the middle of summer. The heater appeared to be intended for valet parking guests, although no valet service was available. My youngest & I were sweating; my back was completely wet, & it felt extremely uncomfortable.

I asked to change tables, but was initially told it wasn't possible. I then asked if the heater could be turned off. I was told they would check, but I never received a response. I spoke with another employee, who informed me that there was an available table in a different section of the restaurant. That's when I noticed there were actually several open tables.

We were finally moved. Our new waitress was professional, but the table was missing several items, including spoons, napkins, & menus.

It was my husband birthday. Food was good but I can't say that the experience was the best.

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly & courteous staff. Service was amazing & food was delicious. Our lovely server, Elza, was delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This was our last night in Quebec city. We had walked by the restaurant earlier in the day & the menu looked good so we made a reservation for later that night. We got there about 10 minutes early & the restaurant was actually quite lively! When we walked in, it was very warm inside. Even though the windows were open, it would've been nice if they had some fans blowing the air around. Air conditioning would've been better, but I guess everybody doesn't have that in Quebec city. With the air being so warm it made it very uncomfortable in the restaurant. I don't know how the wait staff was running around like they were, they were working very hard. Anyway, my partner set it out with a glass of wine & I just had a diet Pepsi. He ordered bread & he ate all of it, I passed on bread tonight. We both shared the meatball appetizer & we thought the meatballs & the sauce were very good. The tomato sauce was very simple & very tasty. My partner ordered the rigatoni & sausage & I had the rigatoni with Bolognese sauce. Both dishes were excellent. We ordered half portions because we were super hungry. Nice restaurant, & if we're ever back in the city, we will check it out again.
