It was our second visit to Quebec city & our second dinner at Bello
We knew we had to eat at Bello since our first meal there last year was incredibly memorable! ( veal for 2)
You did not disappoint Bello! We had the cod & veal lemon. Both wonderful.
What I think is best is that all components of the dinner are delicious. The salad dressing, the topping on the spinach that came with the cod, my side linguini that came with the the veal. All pieces of the meal were wonderfully delicious!
Compliments to the chef!!! Additionally important is that services lack nothing. Our poor waiter slipped on water & smacked his ankle against the outside curbing. He limped on to his customers. Poor guy! Hope he is ok. If he can't go to work he should go see the Rolling Stones tonight!

I ate at Bello twice while I was visiting Quebec. The pasta & veal entries were very good. The caesar salad was a bit limp & fishy tasting the second time we ate there, probably due to the anchovies in the dressing. The wine pours were a but stingy the first time we ate there but we ordered a bottle the second time to avoid having to complain about it again. Worth the trip!
