While visiting Quebec City, my boyfriend chose this restaurant for us to try out on our first night in the Citadel. The whole experience was wonderful from the service to the table by the window, to the delicious meal we had. We both enjoyed the Caesar salad for 2, I had the half portion of rigatoni with shrimp & he had the veal Parmigiana. We paired that with a bottle of Chianti. We'll definitely be back

Without a doubt the best meal I have ever eaten in the most delightful garden setting. Seared tuna with a mango tequila sauce served on top of an amazing quinoa sautéed vegetable combo. Wonderful service as well made for a very memorable meal.

Risotto is a Fairly standard menu item - but not here. Hello has elevated Risotto to a completely new level - savory, filling, balanced - even nuanced. This is not the watery, starchy risotto of far too many "Italian" restaurants. This was a perfect balance. Mastery is proven by how you handle simple dishes - Belo has proven they understand this. The ambience is very nice, the service impeccable. Well worth a visit!

I'd say this is more of an "Italian-inspired", than an actual Italian restaurant. That being said, the food was absolutely fantastic & worth what we paid. Service was efficient & very courteous but not necessarily enthusiastic. The back patio sidewalk seating along with the fact that the restaurant itself is tucked away in one of the back streets of old Quebec City made the atmosphere really nice. Highly recommended.
