Before picking the restaurant I read the reviews & they were quite mixed, I can see why. To start, the host was extremely pleasant, but from there
Service was good, not great. The waiters did not appear to be eager to please & were not knowledgeable of the menu at all, they could not answer even one question about the menu. The drinks were far too over priced for the quality, my $16 martini had no trace of liquor in & neither did my friends espresso martini. My sisters Tom Collins had an odd meat flavor in it which we think was the lemon. All of this resulted in none of us ordering second drinks, which we absolutely normally do. Usually 3 or more each on a special night out as this was!
The food however was fabulous & the ambiance did not disappoint! We will be back for the food! But drinks will be purchased elsewhere.

Mon restaurant préféré. Lorsque je vais à Québec, il est plus que nécessaire d'arrêter au Bello. Bouffe délicieuse, service extraordinaire. Je n'ai pas de photo, car j'ai savouré le moment. Un peu désolé. 😉
