This was my first time to pickup food at Benny & Co.in Mercier
waited 30 minutes in pickup line, when i got to the counter to pay for the food by credit card, the first thing i see on card reader in bold letters how much I wanted to tip 15%, 20% etc usually other places you see the amount first without the tip, & gives you the opportunity to add it
the food was excellent

Your employees on line don't know how to do there job, order choix du chef chicken from Anjou, call back 1hour later & they said that the order went to Montreal Nord, redicolous..... Told me at 6:30 still had to wait 1 1/2 hour for my order to arrive. This is not good for your take out, you'll loose many costemer, no one wants to wait 2 or 3 hours for an order, better look into your online orders or change your employees
