The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Delicious. Great smokehouse BBQ food. The brisket was excellent & the corn bread was sooo good. The staff were great as well. They know what they do & they do it really well. Loved this place.

We are visiting from Alberta, which has great smoked meat houses, but this was so much better!!! Everything was fall off the bone juicy, smokey & delicious! We had the dinner for 2 & it was a lot of food with the right variety of everything.

Went here 3 times during the FEQ, each time I had the same brisket & ribs duo, so good I couldn't get anything else. My wife had the Al Pastor tacos & loved them too.

Excellent plateau combo barbecue pour 3 personnes, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés ! La viande était délicieuse & les portions généreuses. Seul petit bémol : le service a été un peu long avant que le plat n'arrive à table. Cela reste une très bonne adresse où nous sommes déjà venu & où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mon premiere langue est anglais, je suis desole, je n'ai pas utilizer AI pour traduction. J'ai visite votre restaurant le dernier soir avec ma mari. Je prend le tacos al pastor. Le gout est tres bon mais il y a l'os dans le taco & je me suis fait mal a le dent. Le serveur etais'pushy' avec l'addition - nous savons comment le pourboire dans Ontario.
