The rice was undercooked very hard the lobster was super tasteless but the salmon was PERFECT the taste was was majestic & flavourful it was crispy to perfection,the smell of the restaurant smelled like DEAD FISH,the shrip was RAW & it barely had any seasoning

The location is quite convenient
The staff was polite & helpful.
We had lobster arancini, which was tasty & we had soup of the day. It was broccoli soup with slices of bread & butter. It was filling & satisfied our hunger.
We also had shrimp poutine. Poutine sauce was good
We also had seafood croutons with shrimps & scallops
Overall we had a good lunch
It also had bar , which we didn't go to but preferred to sit outside enjoying the river view.

As soon as we arrived in Gaspé, the first thing I wanted to try was lobster-& we found the perfect place! This restaurant served a perfectly cooked lobster sandwich that was absolutely delicious-fresh, flavorful, & so satisfying. My husband ordered pizza with fries, & both were surprisingly great as well! The atmosphere was great, & the waiter was cute!
Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Gaspé & looking for a tasty, satisfying meal!

We get Lobster for lunch. It was fantastic & we will come again to Brise Bise for lunch. Really fantastic service.

Highly recommend this bistro in Gaspé-I loved it so much I went three times in two days! The dishes are super fresh & generously portioned. The salmon tartare is my absolute favorite-big, fresh chunks with perfect seasoning, so good you can't stop eating it on its own! The seafood soup is a winter dream, packed with fresh seafood that boosts your appetite. The shrimp poutine is also amazing-the shrimp are big & fresh. Even the seafood crouton is incredibly satisfying. I also grabbed a Lobster Club Sandwich for camping, & the simple seasoning really let the sweetness of the lobster shine. Huge thanks to this bistro for making my trip even more perfect!

Is truly a gem in Gaspé! We came for the lobster nachos, which were every bit as amazing as we'd heard-perfectly indulgent & packed with fresh lobster. But there's so much more to love here. The staff goes above & beyond, combining friendly & attentive service with a warm welcome that makes you feel right at home. The views over the bay are absolutely stunning, giving an unforgettable backdrop to the meal. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of charm & nostalgia, making it feel both special & comfortable. This place is a must-visit for anyone passing through Gaspé. Brise B has it all-fantastic food, breathtaking views, & a vibe you just can't replicate

Amazing service & even more amazing seafood! I ordered the "Sea Platter To Share" & it was fresh & delicious (especially anything that had lobster in it). I wish I was able to order lobster by itself but they did not have any (at the time that I wanted to order it). The staff gave amazing service & the atmosphere of the place was nice (with nice locally made paintings hung around the restaurant).
