Bistro Nordik was such a treat during our holiday stay at Mont-Sainte-Anne.

My first piece of advice: make a reservation. Even with one, we still waited about 15 minutes for our table, which shows just how popular this place is during the holiday season.

It also helps to have someone in your group who speaks French. Thankfully, my son was able to help us out. Everyone was friendly, & it was lovely to see how much they appreciated being spoken to in French.

For dinner, we ordered the calamari, beef tartare, a bottle of Sangiovese, steaks, salmon, several desserts, & cappuccinos. Every single dish was delicious. Honestly, not a single complaint from anyone at the table. Everything was well prepared, flavorful, & exactly what you hope for after a day on the slopes.

The service was warm & attentive, the atmosphere was cozy, & having a restaurant of this quality right at the resort was a huge bonus.

A wonderful dining experience & one of the highlights of our stay. We would absolutely return on our next visit.

Très bon service. Tartare de boeuf & tartare de saumon très bon. Un verre de vin à $20 c'est trop cher par contre. Je vous propose Une enseigne extérieure Bistro Nordik, pour les clients qui ne logent pas à l'hôtel. On a failli rebrousser chemin.
Maintenant, Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

We eat here every two week in the winter months as we come to ski. Ever since the new chef arrived, I would say two years the Bistro Nordik has become our new favorite restaurant in the area. The staff is always welcoming & efficient. We are always amazed at how much effort the chef makes for his daily specials, they are always really good. A few weeks ago I was amazed to count 9 different types of vegetables on my plate. Of course on busy weekends it gets noisy but all part of the atmosphere. Also, I suggest reserving when you check in.

Excellent experience at the Bistro Nordic. We reserved to try to have a quiet dinner with our children, but I guess it wasn't early enough, as the restaurant was full of loud adults, standing around adulting. (Little joke in light of the last review) All jokes aside, the service was amazing, food was great. Honestly it was cheaper than I thought it would be for a meal at a resort hotel. Highly Recommend.
