Mon expérience a été malheureusement négative

Nous avons étés bien accueillis & installés & c'est à peu près le seul point positif de notre passage …

Pour 2 Burger simples ou le choix de la cuisson n'est pas possible, nous avons attendus 50 min sans exagération alors que la salle était quasiment vide, personne n'a pris la peine de venir nous voir pour nous expliquer pourquoi nous attendions aussi longtemps ou pour s'excuser à tel point que j'ai failli m'en aller pour la 1ere fois de ma vie sans être servi.

Dans l'histoire j'avais commandé un verre de vin pour accompagner mon plat, il n'en a rien été il m'a juste servi à patienter, c'est très dommage.

Je précise tout de même que le Burger était bon & l'entrée offerte était agréable également.

Très bon service. Tartare de boeuf & tartare de saumon très bon. Un verre de vin à $20 c'est trop cher par contre. Je vous propose Une enseigne extérieure Bistro Nordik, pour les clients qui ne logent pas à l'hôtel. On a failli rebrousser chemin.
Maintenant, Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

We eat here every two week in the winter months as we come to ski. Ever since the new chef arrived, I would say two years the Bistro Nordik has become our new favorite restaurant in the area. The staff is always welcoming & efficient. We are always amazed at how much effort the chef makes for his daily specials, they are always really good. A few weeks ago I was amazed to count 9 different types of vegetables on my plate. Of course on busy weekends it gets noisy but all part of the atmosphere. Also, I suggest reserving when you check in.

Stayed here this week for 4 days. Decided to try buffet breakfast. Not enough servers to seat us, male servers were curt, likely because we're not French speaking. It's a hotel restaurant so they should be nice to everyone. Female server was nicer. Buffet breakfast was ok but not worth $25 for adults. We've had better free continental breakfasts at hotels.

Le service était excellent, cordial, efficace & sans chichi. La nourriture était délicieuse & l'assiette soignée. La décoration a été refaite avec goût & modernisme, mélangeant un accent rustique & vintage. On recommande sans hésiter!

I was surprised by the comments. It's q restaurant in a hotel, normally not great. So was pleasantly surprised. Food was good, service was great, the childcare hazelnut rock thingy was fantastic. Overall not bad, much better than reviews here.
