Love their pastries! The croissant is more on the bread-like side rather than the flaky type. The latte tastes great too!

What a find!!!

They have amazing pastries!!!

We ordered the peach croissant & banana chocolate cake. WOW! What delicious flavors!!!

The peach croissant was so fresh, buttery, flaky, & scrumptious!!! Loved it & am still thinking about it!

The banana chocolate cake was unique with the ferro rocher kind of'icing' around the cake. It complimented it so well & had a great crunch & flavor!!

I wish I took better pics but was too busy eating/enjoying them!!

They have one restroom near the register.

I also tried the pumpkin spice latte & it was good!

Pastries were very light & tasty. There was a good variety. The cappuccino was also very tasty but could have been hotter. Seating area had good number of tables & was clean at 4:30 pm.

Make the time to visit Epi'Fanny, the pastries & filled rolls are very good. The staff are friendly. I intend on returning to try more of what they offer.

Looking for coffee & pastry in this street found many places still closed at 9am. This place open & busy mainly with locals was a good sign. Delicious pastry (baked on the premises) & coffee. Bright & inviting. Would go again to sample more pastries🙂

Café croissant au son d'Aznavour, de Dalida & de Dassin. C'était parfait pour mon petit matin.
Très grand choix de pains & de pâtisseries.
J'y reviendrai!
