We stopped by Brûlerie Rousseau at Halles Sainte-Foy & had a great experience.

We ordered a medium mocha, & it was excellent. The flavor was well-balanced - rich chocolate combined perfectly with the espresso, without being overly sweet. The coffee tasted fresh & smooth, & the temperature was just right. You can really tell they care about the quality of their beans & preparation.

The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, making it a nice spot to relax while walking around the market. Service was friendly & efficient as well.

Overall, we really liked it & would definitely order the mocha again. A great stop for quality coffee in the area!

Bonjour à vous
SVP rincer ou changer plus souvent la débarbouillette qui sert à essuyer la buse de chauffage du lait . Le café a un goût de moppe . Pour l'hygiène ce serait un plus .
Sinon tout le reste est impeccable . Votre café est très bon .

I bought a Chai latte & a date square. Chai was good, pastry was delicious, you could taste the freshness of the ingredients & tasty butter, I really loves it. Atmosphere is ok in the middle of the Halles, nothing special about it.

La brûlerie rousseau est un café super. Les breuvages & la nourriture y sont excellents. Ils font de très bons chaï lattés (avec de jolis latté art) & également d'excellents sandwichs chèvre toscane (une dinguerie).
Le service est toujours excellent & efficace. Les employés sont très souriants & sympathiques.
C'est un excellent lieu pour les étudiants qui souhaitent réviser/étudier en même temps que de savourer un café.

Great cafe! I got a cafe lattee as well as a chia seed pudding snack. The atmosphere here is nice to do work or hangout with friends. It's in a food court type setting so there are other bakery items options in the area. I like this place as the customer service here was very nice & helpful. When I placed my order, it was super easy to communicate with the employees!
