We went to Brynds because my husband not only loves smoked meat but he smokes it himself at home on Cape Cod. I ended up loving Brynds too because of their smoked meat salad & incredibly kind staff. I wanted a coffee with Bailey's, which was offered on their menu. The owner?/manager? told me,'If I don't have it, I will get it' & it did exactly that. He went down the street to buy Bailey's so he could fulfill my request. That's the kind of service you don't forget. When we left, I commented to our waiter that I appreciated the Bailey's, he said'we love to spoil our clients'. We have already been back again & will squeeze in a few more visits before we leave Quebec at the end of the month.

Que dire sur le smoked meat, rien, il était parfait & les frites aussi. Salade de chou pas assez crémeuse à mon goût, mais c'est vraiment mon goût personnel. Je fais une suggestion pour les oignons français, des choix de sauce d'accompagnement, genres mayo miel moutarde serait apprécié. En parlant de moutarde, j'aurais aimé la moutarde de Dijon pour ajouter dans ma viande. 4 étoiles pour le service. Un service rapide c'est bien, mais le serveur voulait partir avec mon assiette avant que j'aille terminer. &, il nous a pas proposé de choix pour la coupe de viande. 3 étoiles pour l'ambiance. Table du voisin, vraiment trop collé & lumière un peu trop forte. Mon commentaire se veut pour l'amélioration car Brynd c'est un emblème à Quebec & il ne faut pas le perdre. Merci,
