Si tu cherches une adresse qui allie saveurs authentiques & ambiance décontractée, Brynd Smoked Meat, c'est LE spot à Québec. Leur smoked meat est juteux, la mayonnaise maison est délicieuse & la salade de chou... wow. Juste assez crémeuse, juste assez vinaigrée. & les cornichons frits?! Croustillants, savoureux, un pur bonheur à partager (ou pas ). J'y vais plusieurs fois par année & je ne suis jamais déçue! Je recommande!!

Nouveau propriétaire sur place à qui nous avons parlé, qui a à coeur le service, & ça définitivement paru. Le smoked meat toujours aussi bon. Je vous recommande, enjoy ×××××××××××××××××× Il y a 5 mois Le smoked meat est toujours délicieux, mais le serveur à la barbe & la couette de cheveux en l'air, lui, ça ne lui tentait pas. Accueil=0, sourire=0, pas capable de nous dire bonjour. On va y retourner que pour le smoked meat. Désolant comme accueil

Definitely the place to go for smoked meats, it was simply amazing. Good beer as well. They are getting ready to move so they will have outdoor seating soon.

Accueil immédiat & chaleureux d'un personnel sympathique & amical. Spécialité de smoked meat servi avec une salade Caesar. Correct, dans la moyenne, goût du smoked meat pas meilleur, ni moins bon qu'ailleurs. Le pain cassait au lieu d'être moelleux, signe que ce n'était pas le plus frais, sans tomber dans le passé date non plus. On est loin du « meilleur smoked meat ever ». Portion généreuse. Salade Caesar manque d'ail, d'anchois & de citron, sel & poivre, goût dans la grosse moyenne. Service rapide & réactif, c'est le point fort du restaurant. Local sans âme ou personnalité. Au final, un resto & une bouffe dans la moyenne servi par un personnel qui élève le restaurant plus haut que sa nourriture. $27 avec taxes & service.

$$$ & soooo good. We shared a big smoked meat sandwich. It was huge. Staff were great. Atmosphere really nice. Easy to miss/walk right by; but don't! :) we read Caesar salad was recommended. I would suggest the greek
