Les cafés "La Maison Smith" sont les plus chaleureux à Québec. Le staff est professionnel, actuel, & l'internet est très rapide. Je fréquente celui du Vieux-Québec aussi. Ne perdez pas votre argent dans les autres cafés, le respect est à La Maison Smith. (10/10)

Je suis un causal amateur de matcha latte pis pour vrai La Maison Smith (toutes leurs localisations) c'est la seule place à Québec qui les fait bien. La balance lait/matcha est parfaite pis la poudre est adéquatement fouettée. Ceux qui se plaindront du prix oublieront que les lait végétaux ne sont pas à payer en extra, les boissons revenant ainsi souvent moins cher qu'ailleurs. En plus l'ambiance café bistro est idéale pour l'étude & la rencontre entre amis & le personnel, à l'exception du Smith près de la pyramide, est toujours plaisant. Ramenez les salades aux oeufs par contre s'il vous plaît

Superbe café ! On a l'impression de se trouver dans un café européen. La multitude de café y est apprécié tout les macarons & viennoiseries servie sur place .

On a oublié ma commande d'un café Moka pour emporter. Après 15min d'attente je suis retourné au comptoir demander un suivi. Personne ne m'a regardé, personne ne s'est excusé, personne ne m'a confirmé que ma commande allait s'en venir. J'ai été obligé de demander si c'était bien confirmé que ma commande serait préparée. On me remet mon café, moins bon qu'à l'habitude. & surtout beaucoup moins courtois qu'à l'habitude. Très ordinaire comme service aujourd'hui. *Je tiens à souligner que je vais à ce café toutes les semaines depuis 2 ans. J'ai toujours été très bien servi & mon café est normalement délicieux. D'où la raison des 5 étoiles à chacune des catégories. Une mauvaise expérience n'effacera pas les deux dernière années ;)
