I love this place but it's the slowest service in town. They need at least one more drink-making staff at peak times, seems a no-brainer.

I want to give a little warning to anyone like me. I don't drink caffeine & they accidentally served me a caffeinated drink when I ordered decaf. This is a huge no no because some people have serious medical problems with caffeine. It made me incredibly uncomfortable for hours. They vibes were great, food was tasty, staff was kind, & the building spectacular but a request for decaf is not something to take lightly.

c'était la deuxième fois que moi & mon amie ont y allait pour prendre des drinks là bas car la dernière fois ont avait eu un bon service & une bonne experience mais lorsque nous sommes aller mardi passer nous avons été incroyablement décu du service & de l'ambiance, lorsque nous sommes rentrer aucun accueil malgré que la place était très peux occupé dans la section bar, ensuite ont a eu l'impression de déranger lorsqu'on a demande si ont pouvait s'asseoir, la dernière fois quelqu'un est venu prendre notre commande cette fois si nous avons eu a aller au bar pour commander, nous attendions encore les menus depuis très longtemps quand nous sommes aller nous même commander, un coup la nourriture recu manque de service ont avait toujours l'impression de déranger il fallait accosté les employés pour avoir du service & ils ne nous ont jamais apportez notre doggy bag pour amener nos restants, la nourriture était bonne mais le service étaient pas super cette fois si les clients se faisaient presque ignoré... Ont a vraiment aussi eux l'impression de se faire suivre au toilette par un des employés & sa nous a rendu très mal a l'aise, c'est dommage parce que les drinks sont excellent & la nourriture était bonne aussi!

Sometimes the service is good other times it's very slow -despite there being no long lineups- & they forget your order.. the drinks are good but overall it doesn't seem to measure up to the other locations.. there's no consistency. However the ambience is nice.
