J'adore les cafés glacés & les matchas glacés du Smith!! Seul point plus négatif est qu'ils sont victimes de leur succès & c'est souvent très achalandé!! Je le recommande moins si vous cherchez une ambiance relaxe/calme

Stopped by on the way home from a little getaway in rural Québec. Such a lovely atmosphere (even though it was super crowded), but still very chic & cozy vibes partout.

Honestly… one of the best coffees I've had in Canada, no joke. Especially the Latte Caramel Fleur de Sel, absolument divine, & don't even get me started on the pacanes érablé muffin… literally to die for. & it stays open til 9pm!!

Cute, chaotic, but so worth it. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Client régulier depuis plus d'un an, & malheureusement, ma dernière expérience m'oblige à laisser cet avis.

Je viens régulièrement à cette succursale pour travailler & étudier. Je consomme à chaque visite. Ce matin du 6 mai, après avoir commandé un café, une employée m'a dit, avec un rire condescendant, que je n'étais « pas un client rentable » & que je « restais trop longtemps ». C'est la première fois qu'un employé me dit ça aussi directement, mais ce n'est pas la première fois que je me sens ciblé.

Depuis fin avril, des employés viennent me voir régulièrement pour me rappeler de commander, parfois après seulement 30 minutes. Aucune politique n'est affichée dans le café, donc comment un client est-il censé le savoir? Je commande pourtant à chaque fois.

J'ai déposé une plainte formelle à la direction. J'espère que cette situation sera prise au sérieux, autant pour moi que pour les autres clients qui pourraient vivre la même chose sans oser le dire.
