Best croissant I have ever had! Friendly staff, who switched to English as soon as they heard my terrible accent (thank you for being so gracious). Great coffee & nice atmosphere.

I've been coming here almost everyday for a year, & I do like the general atmosphere & the layout. But the service is subpar. Except for a couple of baristas the rest are machine like in their service, as if they were being held hostage. It got a bit worst these last months, & it doesn't matter whether it's crowded or not. It's even entertaining to see customers smile at baristas & them frowning back, or having a poker face at best, I understand if people are having bad days, but if these bad days turn into months, then you're probably not in the right industry. Btw Kudos to the manager that comes often & does a stellar job, the rest should learn.

Se faire servir son breuvage dans un verre jetable lorsqu'on demande de l'avoir pour « sur place », c'est vraiment insultant. Devoir rappeler aux employés qu'on a aussi commandé un truc à manger quand ils se tournent les pouces, ça l'est encore plus.
