Alors que je sirotais un excellent café sur leur terrasse un serveur avec un immense sourire nous a souhaité la bienvenue. J'ai beaucoup apprécié.

J'adore votre café & j'y reviens pratiquement chaque semaine. La qualité est toujours excellente, ce qui est la raison pour laquelle je continue de vous encourager.

Malheureusement, le service à la clientèle est très décevant & cela se répète depuis longtemps. Je suis toujours courtoise, je remercie le personnel & je laisse systématiquement un pourboire. Pourtant, il est très rare que j'entende un simple « merci » ou « bonne journée ».

Ce matin, le 6 juillet vers 9 h, l'expérience a été particulièrement décevante. La caissière a pris mon coupon de caisse de façon brusque, l'a jeté sans même me demander si je souhaitais une copie, puis est passée au client suivant sans un merci ni un mot.

Je comprends que tout le monde peut avoir de mauvaises journées, mais lorsque ce type d'attitude devient récurrent, cela donne l'impression que les clients dérangent. Personne ne mérite d'être accueilli de cette façon, surtout lorsqu'il revient semaine après semaine pour encourager l'établissement.

J'espère sincèrement que ce commentaire sera pris comme une occasion d'améliorer le service, car votre café mérite un accueil à la hauteur de la qualité de ses produits.

Mais quell attitude de M.. le personnel de ce café resto offre à ces clients. Toujours un ton sec à la moindre demande. C facile.. un client s'il vient vous visiter, dites vous, il ne vient pas visiter votre maison mais plutôt votre commerce! Soyez doux avec vos clients. Ça se fait éduquer les jeunes employés à servir avec douceur & respect. 1 *. Pour le service & non pour la qualité de vos produit & l'endroit.

j'ai bien aimé l'endroit, calme,un décore simple & apaisant & chaloureux en meme temps.
la serveuse était bien aimable & souriante .
le café bien chaud & délicieux comme je le préfere .
le biscuit galette était mouelleux & non trop sucré .
