An Absolute Hidden Gem in Quebec City - A Must-Visit!
If you haven't been to Chapeau les bois - Mycobrasserie yet, drop everything & go.
Seriously.

I initially dropped in without realizing you could actually sit down, eat, & drink right there on-site, but what an incredible surprise. I ended up trying three of their mushroom-infused beers, &'awesome' doesn't even cut it. The flavor profiles are brilliantly crafted, unique, & deeply satisfying. They also brew custom beers for several local restaurants, so don't be surprised if you start spotting their name on top-tier menus around the city!

What truly elevates this place, though, is the vibe driven by the owners. Their generosity & passion are unmatched. These folks genuinely know their stuff, & they *love* sharing that knowledge with you. Chatting with them is half the fun-you leave not just well-fed & watered, but genuinely inspired by their craft.

I didn't get a chance to try their mushroom-based sodas this time around, but you can bet it's on my list for next time. Speaking of next time: I'm already planning my upcoming weekend brunch here, & I cannot wait to see how they integrate their expertise into the food menu.

Vaste choix de boissons & d'aliments, allant de l'apéritif au dessert, tous sont de remarquables créations basés sur des ingrédients forestiers locaux. La bière au lactaire est excellente & devrait agréablement flatter le palais d'un vaste public! Il y a là de quoi délecter les gourmets du débutant jusqu'aux plus blasés!
