In Quebec, Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand, supported by a passionate team, have been standing up to the challenge of inventing quebec inspired northern cuisine since 2012. We were a bit disappointed as it was not what we hoped - the waiter abandoned us & was a bit sarcastic - we didn't realise the lunch was a set 3 course menu & no other options & although we liked the food we felt like they didn't care if we were there or not. Since we had cancelled another reservation which I was excited about because our French Quebec guide so highly recommended this place we felt disappointed our eating here did not seem appreciated

Restaurant was nice. Food good but don't recommend chicken. Servers were pleasant & helpful. Restaurant tables are crowded together & not as intimate as wanted.

Absolutely delightful brunch, highly recommend the various options they have, as I managed to try almost all of them. I would definitely rate my experience 5 stars, if it wasn't for the service. Very polite staff, but it took more than 30 minutes to get a coffee &/or mimosas, & we felt like our waiter forgot us most of the time. But other than that, excellent!

Chez Boulay-bistro was outstanding! The starter of French onion soup was wonderful as were our entrees & dessert. The presentation was so interesting. The service was attentive but not excessive. I would highly recommend Chez Boulay.

Le service est excellent, les conseils & recommandations tiennent compte de nos goûts. Le repas est équilibré & goûteux. Le choix du vin pour accompagner les mets choisis, juste WoW 🤩.
Je recommande ce restaurant. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner !

Cela fait maintenant 6 ans que nous allons à tout les étés mes amies de filles & moi pour notre fameux week-end de fille à Québec qui inclus chaque année un spectacle aussi & ce restaurant à chaque année nous impressionne nous aimons tout sans parler du professionnalisme des serveurs de l'accueil & le resto en tant que tel est sublime donc je recommande fortement

& merci pour ses bonnes saveurs & de nous faire découvrir le terroi
