LE MENU (Debut Aout 22, plein a craquer.. Ai mangé & bu au charmant Bar servi de façon professionnelle & pourtant décontractée par Vincent) est une courte (faire mieux avec peu) série de poèmes gastronomiques.

Pour plus de 20 visites,celle-ci était un peu décevante,mon entrée était beaucoup trop vinaigré & le plat de joue très gras & avec peu de saveur,le potage aux betteraves assez ordinaire & la pièce de macreuse raide, mais avec de la saveur.J'aimenais des amis pour une première fois....En espérant que j'ai frappé une mauvaise journée.

Super service, personnel courtois, excellente connaissance du menu & judicieux conseil pour l'accord mets-vin. Désir & ambiance superbe.
Potage excellent, entrée de tartare de bison bien apprêté mais déception au niveau de l'exécution de plats principaux, dommage.

Notre repas au Chez-Boulay était incroyable! Absolument, un de nos meilleurs repas au Québec. Le phoque est vraiment unique (en particulier avec la peau de char frite), & la crème brûlée au goût de sapin & pin. Mon bison était très savoureux, & les pétoncles de ma femme étaient divins. Le vin (rose, d'Ontario) était tres bon & une liqueur de pomme (comme le calvados) etait une bonne fin du repas. Les serveurs sont parfaits, vraiment. Le meilleur au (la ville de) Québec!
