This is my boyfriend & I's favourite restaurant of all time. We currently live in Ottawa & plan a trip to Quebec at least once a year, purely to come to this restaurant. Every time we've dined, we've done the tasting menu with wine pairings & it has never once let us down. Every aspect of each dish is mindblowingly delicious & visually, they are works of art. The restaurant itself feels as if you're dining in someone's home or apartment. It's so cozy & inviting. Our favourite is the dining room in the back which overlooks the water. The host walks you through the kitchen to get there & you're greeted by the chefs! Such a fun element. We recommend this restaurant to everyone. An absolute must try!

Nous étions de passage à Québec pour une fin de semaine en amoureux. Je vous conseille fortement ce restau, c'est un incontournable. Chaque plat est présenté avec soin & est délicieux. Le tataki de thon est à tomber. Ben notre serveur/ sommelier nous a offert un service & une soirée incroyable. Ces accord mets/vins sont parfaits. Merci beaucoup Ben!!!! L'endroit est magnifique, vraiment je recommande fortement!

Une magnifique découverte pour notre première soirée à Québec ! Je recommande ce restaurant les yeux fermés. Le rapport qualité/prix est plus que correct. Nous avons opté pour le service à l'aveugle qui nous a régalé les papilles. L'accord associé était également parfait, de belles découvertes en terme de vins. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil du restaurant qui est irréprochable. Les serveurs sont très agréables & nous mettent à l'aise très rapidement. L'ambiance cosy & conviviale permet aussi de nous sentir bien tout au long du repas. Allez y les yeux fermés !

I saved this restaurant for our last evening in QC, & so glad I did. It was the best meal we had in town. The room is charming, the staff is uber-professional & laid back, & the food is phenomenal. Cocktails were flawless. Our server was sweet & knowledgable & answered some fun translation questions about the slang names of the dishes (they all have a phrase as their name). It is very worth seeking this place out in a somewhat desserted area in the port. I will recommend this place to everyone going to QC. À bientôt!

I had dinner with my friend at this place. The experience was incredible. I highly recommend choosing the Chez Rioux & Pettigrew experience with wine paring. Nothing better than unique dishes created by professional chefs & the choice of wines that taste perfectly with the palate. I recommend it & I will definitely come back here next time in Quebec.

Went here for my wife's birthday in January. Made a reservation in advance but it was not overly busy. This was one of the best meals we have had in years. We did the preset chefs menu, every course was delicious. Will be coming back again next time we are in Quebec City, highly recommend.
