J'ai adoré cet endroit! Le décor nous transporte à une autre époque. J'avais mis une note dans ma réservation que j'aimerais une table lumineuse (syndrome de Usher ici, les éclairage tamisé difficile pour moi) & ils ont vraiment pris le temps de nous offrir une table ultra bien éclairé. Merci pour l'excellent service! ♥? La nourriture est excellente! Je vais retourner & essayer les déjeueners!

Quite simply, the best food I have ever eaten.

I consider myself fairly well versed in dining, but I have never experienced a restaurant that knocked every aspect out of the park quite like Chez Rioux & Pettigrew. The food, atmosphere, service, creativity, everything was exceptional.

To top it off, we had our kids with us, & somehow Chez Rioux & Pettigrew created an experience that was just as memorable for them as it was for us. There is something pretty special about a restaurant operating at this level while still making the experience feel exciting & approachable for the whole family.

Perhaps my 14-year-old summed it up best:'I never want these tastes to leave my mouth.'

An unforgettable experience from beginning to end & incredibly high bar set .

The food was excellent, but unfortunately the service really let the experience down.

We waited 2 hours & 15 minutes for our main course, which is simply far too long. By the time our food arrived, the five of us had already finished two bottles of wine while waiting.

After we raised the issue, we honestly expected the manager to acknowledge the inconvenience with a small gesture, such as offering a bottle of wine, desserts, or another thoughtful courtesy. Instead, the only thing we were offered was a glass of Prosecco at the very end of the meal, when the evening was already over.

We left disappointed. Great food is important, but so is the overall dining experience & how customers are treated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, we expected much better.

Nous sommes venu pour le souper sur la terrace & avons été servi par Théo qui nous a livré un service chaleureux & exemplaire. La terrace & devanture sont charmants. Nous avons pris les huitres, puis l'onglet de boeuf & le flétan qui étaient formidables. Le dirty martini est aussi digne de mention: très sec & succulent. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter durant un séjour ultérieur à Québec.

Wow ! C'est la plus belle expérience resto que j'ai eu de ma vie. Le service attentionné & tellement personnalisé.
La serveuse qui wow donnait un un bon feeling super amical. Les plats très bien réalisés & j'ai même pris un dessert haha ! À bientôt 🤟🍻
