Le 160, rue Saint-Paul s’est toujours avéré un lieu où les ingrédients et le service de qualité supérieurs font la loi. Fondé en 1860 par Narcisse Rioux, le magasin général Chez Rioux & Pettigrew fournissait aux restaurateurs, aux épiciers, aux hôpitaux et aux communautés religieuses une grande variété de produits locaux ou d’importation.

Barils de mélasse, poches de farine, sucre, gruau, fruits et légumes en conserves, épices, noix, raisins secs, chocolat, bonbons présentés sur des étalages… On y trouvait même de l’alcool jusqu’à la création de la Commission des liqueurs en 1921!

We had a lovely tasting, shared plate evening. Wash dish was unique & excellently prepared. The blend of flavors enhances each dish & the unique culinary creations made the evening one to remember. All of the servers were interesting & accommodating too. I highly recommend Chez Rioux & Pettigrew if you are looking for an epicurean dining experience with an excellent wine selection in an artfully comfortable setting.

Vraiment surprenant. Nous avons pris le menu surprise & le qualificatif de surprise était vraiment à tous les services.
De plus, le service & les explications de tous nos plats étaient parfaites. La décoration du restaurant respecte l'âge de cet emplacement tout en apportant une touche de modernité. Le prix des repas est relativement modeste.

Amazing brunch - food was delicious & there were multiple options for everyone in our group including picky kids & vegetarians. Service was terrific. Adorable space. Highly recommend!

Our first night in Quebec City was made spectacular & memorable by spending dinner here. The chef's choice was more & more delicious with every course & were perfectly proportioned. Eloise was kind enough to take us on a tour of the restaurant & take photos for us. Highly recommend overall!
