AFFAMÉS D’HISTOIRE?

Le 160, rue Saint-Paul s’est toujours avéré un lieu où les ingrédients et le service de qualité supérieurs font la loi. Fondé en 1860 par Narcisse Rioux, le magasin général Chez Rioux & Pettigrew fournissait aux restaurateurs, aux épiciers, aux hôpitaux et aux communautés religieuses une grande variété de produits locaux ou d’importation.

Barils de mélasse, poches de farine, sucre, gruau, fruits et légumes en conserves, épices, noix, raisins secs, chocolat, bonbons présentés sur des étalages… On y trouvait même de l’alcool jusqu’à la création de la Commission des liqueurs en 1921!

Wonderful service, lovely & cozy atmosphere & lighting, & great location. The food is good, but not great & with the very small portion sizes it's just not worth the price point. We went to other Michelin rated restaurants in the area that I would - & do- recommend more.

Amazing experience! Warm, welcoming staff that were kind with my elementary English. The nouvelle forêt is the best cocktail I've had in years. Oysters were excellent. Bread a must have & the mushroom risotto & halibut were both exceptional. We can't recommend them more highly.

Wow! Beautiful ambiance with three different dining areas. Our server, Beatrice, was the best - friendly, professional & very knowledgeable about the menu offerings. We chose a la carte rather than the tasting menu. It was recommended that 2 people share 3 plates which was the perfect. The food & flavour combinations were superb. I am a very good cook & this I could not do which made it that much more special, LOL. Highly recommend. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Excellente expérience! Tout était parfait. Nous y allions pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage & nous avons été ravis. Le service est impeccable. La nourriture était divine. Nous avons pris le menu découverte avec l'accord vin-mets. Je le recommande grandement. Notre serveur était vraiment sympathique & extrêmement professionnel. L'expérience était parfaite! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons très bien mangé en choisissant le menu dégustation signature. Les accords étaient maîtrisés & une belle justesse dans les associations. Je recommande vivement. Beau choix de plats à la carte également.

Alex a pris soin de nous. C'était l'anniversaire à ma mère (75 ans) & elle a eu droit à toutes sortes de belles petites attention. Nous sommes allé visiter, même en cuisine où tout le personnel est courtois. Une expérience hors pair, à recommander!!! Merci encore pour la belle expérience Alex & Béatrice!!!

Le restaurant est magnifique, la nourriture excellente. Nous avons reçu un très bon service. Le stationnement à proximité nous a coûté 20$. Les autres stationnements moins dispendieux n'étaient pas disponibles. Sinon, ce fut une superbe expérience! Je recommande!
