Le 160, rue Saint-Paul s’est toujours avéré un lieu où les ingrédients et le service de qualité supérieurs font la loi. Fondé en 1860 par Narcisse Rioux, le magasin général Chez Rioux & Pettigrew fournissait aux restaurateurs, aux épiciers, aux hôpitaux et aux communautés religieuses une grande variété de produits locaux ou d’importation.

Barils de mélasse, poches de farine, sucre, gruau, fruits et légumes en conserves, épices, noix, raisins secs, chocolat, bonbons présentés sur des étalages… On y trouvait même de l’alcool jusqu’à la création de la Commission des liqueurs en 1921!

Nourriture inventive, délicieuse & très joliment présentée. Service impeccable! Seul bémol, la salle qui donne sur la rue St-André (du côté des quais) est beaucoup plus bruyante que la salle de la rue St-Paul. Si vous voulez une soirée plus intime, choisissez la salle sur St-Paul.

Truly one of the best restaurant experiences we've had.From the well organized & professional service to the exceptional food. Bertrand was a fantastic server & knew his stuff when it came to the food & wine. He kept the water glasses full without ever being overbearing. We had the 4 course tasting menu & every single dish was spot on.
Loved the atmosphere & decor as well. Would highly recommend.

J'y étais pour souligner la fête d'une amie. Nous avons beaucoup aimé, le service était impeccable, les plats bien présentés, goûteux, variés.
Je me dois de souligner tout particulièrement la gentillesse de cette brigade polie, attentionnée & professionnelle.
J'y retournerai certainement!
