Une cuisine à tomber parterre & un service très chaleureux. Nous avons manger une poutine (la meilleure & de très loin) de tout notre séjour & un Burger au wapiti qui étais succulent. Les sauce maison sont un vrai délice. Je regrette juste de ne pas pouvoir leur mettre plus de 5 étoiles

Asked ChatGPT for the best poutine around downtown during our trip in Quebec City & it recommended Chez Victor. I'm so glad it did because it really was the best poutine I've ever had. I ordered the regular poutine, chicken club sandwich with no bacon, & the non-alcoholic gin drink. Everything was great, portions were good. The restaurant was cozy & the waitress was friendly, attentive, & helpful. Highly recommended!

Lieu atypique, restaurant plein de charme. Personnel accueillant & serviable. & les burger sont excellent. Pas de graisse qui coule, pas de chichis. & si vous ne voulez pas de frites, vous pouvez changer pour de la salade verte ou César. A faire. & les bières sont excellentes.

The food was fantastic. The atmosphere amazing. But what really makes your night is Natalie. From the start to the end. Her service with a smile makes you feel at home. Despite the rush she was able to run the place with an efficiency others can only dream of. I cannot thank her enough. If you don't come for the drinks & food then come for the wonderful service & be stunned at the feeling of warmth & compassion from Natalie.

Mon copain & moi sommes venus ici lors de notre fin de semaine à Québec. Les hamburgers étaient très bons & les portions généreuses. C'est aussi très agréable de pouvoir choisir le type de mayonnaise pour accompagner son repas.
