Fantastic staff, they were so friendly! High quality, delicious food for a good price. If you're visiting & want to avoid a tourist trap, I'd highly recommend Chez Victor. If I could, I'd be a regular.

I went with a group of friends & it was amazing. The flavours of each burger were amazing individually & the sauces were decadent. The host was extremely sweet & her service was excellent! Would 100% return here & we may already be planning to go back!

We have food allergies & sensitivities in our family, & Chez Victor went above & beyond to follow our requests & delivery an allergy-friendly & delicious meal. So much so, that we ate here both days during our visit to Quebec City!

Our vegetarian family of 4 enjoyed a late lunch here while on vacation & it was the best place we ate at our entire trip! The Veganator is one of the most delicious veggie burgers I've had in 35 years as a vegetarian, on 4 continents, plus the onion rings were battered & fried to perfection, & the poutine was the best we tasted our entire 8 days in Canada. To top it off we had a great conversation with our server, who was the nicest we met as well. If we lived locally I could see this becoming a regular spot for us.

This was a great no nonsense restaurant with both meat & vegan options. We both got vegan fried tofu burgers, & the only critique was the portions were a little small so I'd recommend getting an app or upgrading to a bigger side like a poutine.

Asked ChatGPT for the best poutine around downtown during our trip in Quebec City & it recommended Chez Victor. I'm so glad it did because it really was the best poutine I've ever had. I ordered the regular poutine, chicken club sandwich with no bacon, & the non-alcoholic gin drink. Everything was great, portions were good. The restaurant was cozy & the waitress was friendly, attentive, & helpful. Highly recommended!
