Great restaurant walking distance from the old Quebec area. Big menu with lots to choose from. Staff members welcoming & friendly. Food is fresh, hot & tasty. Highly recommended burgers!

We had a group of 9 people & made a reservation. The table was ready when we arrived & they provided us with menus in English. The food was delicous & our waiter was very friendly. I would go here again next time we are there.

Friendly & welcoming staff. Food was delicious. The smoked meat poutine was great - portion size was perfect & not so thick with gravy that it left you feeling ill. Highly recommend.

Burgers & fries were delicious! Only my dad was a little disappointed because his salad only came with a tiny bit of dressing. But that's ok. Everything else was great 👍

Our concierge at Hotel des Coutellier recommended we come here for a later afternoon meal. We'd traveled from Maryland & were very hungry. Chez Victor did not disappoint! The atmosphere was homey & lovely & the service was quick & friendly. We enjoyed some local beers & got delicious burgers. The server even gave us a free side of poutine, which was the first time we'd had it-delicious! I could have eaten here many more times, but we had so many other restaurants to try in Quebec. We will definitely come back here if we have the opportunity to visit Quebec City again!

Really loved the vegan burger! Seitan & lentil patty was amazing highly recommend restaurant to vegans as they have many options Portions were also generous & staff is very friendly

Below mediocre. The fries were inedible for my taste. If you've tried authentic (Belgian) French fries - you'd understand my point. Burgers - also rather unimpressive. Not many sauce options. The waitress forgot almost everything we ordered, repeatedly, which wouldn't have bothered me if the food was decent enough.

We enjoyed a nice meal at Chez Victor before our train. We have several celiacs in our party & so eating out can be difficult! The gluten free burger at Chez Victor was delicious & our server had a great knowledge of allergens. A shared fryer meals anything fried is off limits which is a shame but the salad alternative was delicious. We would definitely return to Chez Victor if we were in the area again!

Amazing food. Service was great, we were greeted right away when we walked in. A very good selection of different foods for different types & allergen friendly options. Food came fresh & hot & the servings are generous & worth the price.
