Restaurant situé près de la gare de Québec. Il propose une salle moderne & confortable. Vous pourrez observer des oeuvres d'art à vendre, affichées sur les murs. Concernant la carte, Chez-Victor est reconnu pour ses burgers. Pour ma part, le burger montagnard ne restera pas comme mon meilleur souvenir gustatif mais à noter une certaine originalité dans la carte avec des produits québécois mis en avant. Un plus, les différentes mayonnaises proposées en accompagnement, elles sont top (ma préférée celle au sirop d'érable). Possibilité de manger également en terrasse.

In town with my young family for vacation. As a restaurant owner myself I don't usually leave reviews good or bad for places out of principle. However I must this time. The restaurant was nice & the food was very good however the reason for the review was the young lady who was working the front on a Monday evening solo. She was doing all aspects: hosting, waitressing, food running, bartending & bussing. We came in at 5:15 & by 6:30 she has 12 tables & a few at the bar. Not only did she not miss a beat, she was calm collected, pleasant, & exactly at the right place at the right time for each party. She's a hospitality rock star. Management take note. What ever she's making she deserves a raise.
