Oh my god! That was the best burger in my lifetime! Haha, I'm not even joking. I heard good reviews before coming to Quebec City (I'm from Toronto) but it was more than I was expecting. Servers were great & friendly, helping me to make a good choice. I ordered their famous La Bete burger which comes with fries already. It was so fresh & flavorful. I really want to go back already before I leave.

Bonne bouffe, belle salle, la musique est un peu datée & j'ai dû aller chercher deux menus supplémentaires moi-même alors que l'hôtesse avait l'air de s'occuper d'autre chose après nous avoir assis (nous étions quatre & n'avions que deux menus à nos tables)

Ça fait plusieurs années que je vais au chez Victor. J'ai été déçue de la qualité de la nourriture dernièrement (sur la poutine oignons secs). Le prix des repas ont vraiment augmenté & cette fois-ci la qualité du repas n'était pas pareil. En espérant que c'était une exception.

On a eu une table de 4 pour 6 pour souper avec une réservation. C'était dommage.

Delicious smoke meat poutine!! Especially the fried pickles. Great service & cute ambiance!
Next time I will definitely try the burgers! But the ultimate test for me is how good they can make a Poutine! 😉

Vegan recommendation = Tofu burger with fries & gravy.
Seitan vegan burger has a strange herbal flavour - not a'classic' burger as it seemed to be when reading the description. I would avoid it (both my partner & I were not fans). The tofu burger however was tasty. The cheese curds on the vegan poutine are flavourless & the consistency of medium tofu. Gravy was good however! Not a top spot if you are vegan but clearly marked menu options are appreciated & the tofu/fries+gravy is worth late night delivery.
