Nice wine options, interesting & tasty flavours in all the traditional pasta sauces we tried & excellent desserts. All around well worth it, we went back again a few days later since we liked it so much!

3. Sur 5 ont apprécié & aimé le repas. Moi les premières bouchées de mon steak étaient difficiles à mastiquer , le gras n'étant pas enlevé. En m'a servi de la sauce au poivre alors que
j'avais demandé à la moutarde
Je ne trouvais pas que ça goûtait la moutarde fade.
Ma fille a pris le tartare de saumon sans saveur qu'elle m'a fait goûter.

By far the best authentic Italian in the area. Delicious pasta & sauces, cozy atmosphere, friendly & attentive staff. Very reasonable prices. Would recommend over & over!

WOW! check this place out. Went about 5pm & without reservations but they were still able to fit us in. It was very comfortable & had a homey amazing vibe! I got the eggplant parm appetizer & 10/10(MUST TRY & honestly everyone could get one because I didn't wanna share haha). We got the spicy linguine/spaghetti & the linguine with mushrooms & red sauce. I forgot the exact names but all dishes at our table were well seasoned & very tasty. Coming from America I will say this was probably the best service I've seen in a restaurant in a very long time. They had everything we needed & were beyond on top of it. Before you could think someone was aware & got it. Appreciated the small dining area. Cost was well worth it. The pubs I've been to in old Quebec have been way more expensive for not as good as food/experience. I think cost for two people was $70 with huge meals & wine for one. Only tip is make a reservation because not huge amounts of table & it will be worth it! & street parking is sometimes annoying but expected in a city.

We arrived just as the kitchen was closing. The server checked & we were seated & allowed to order. I had veal tortellini & my husband had spaghetti with meat sauce. The tortellini's flavor was incredible- fresh sauted scallions & the perfect amount of garlic added to the cream & tomato to blend the perfect sauce. The spaghetti sauce was light & flavorful. That meat sauce was some of the best my husband & I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was cozy & romantic & service was excellent.

Really enjoyed our dinner here! It's a little farther away from Old Quebec (but still easy to get to), so it feels a lot more local & not as touristy. We called the night before to make a reservation - would recommend this as the restaurant isn't particularly big, & was full when we were there on a Saturday night. We ordered from the table d'hôte set menu - escargot with pernod & puff pastry, vegetable soup, cannelloni, & cheesecake. We also ordered a veal scaloppine with mustard & green pepper sauce which comes with pasta. Everything was super tasty, we particularly liked the escargot, veal & cannelloni. Portion sizes are quite large, & food comes out quickly. Great service as well!

Everything was great except the underwhelming pasta. 10 small tortelini covered in a huge amount of bland sauce for 24$ Girlfriend's pasta had a lot more but tasted like a frozen dish too. I'm kinda surprised after reading the positive reviews on here.

La table d'hôte pour 37$ est un vrai charme! Cela comprend : 1. Une entrée de votre choix (j'ai pris les cubes de fromage fondant & ma conjointe les escargots). 2. Le potage du jour (soupe aux légumes) 3. Duo de pâtes (Spaguetti à la sauce Rosée & Penne à la tomate 4. Crème brulée & ma conjointe a pris les profiteroles aux chocolats. Je donne une note de 10 sur 10 pour la qualité de la nourriture, le service très personnalisé & la culture italienne qui s'imprègne en nous.

Bon rapport qualité-prix! Ce ne sont pas des pâtes maisons, mais les sauces sont excellentes & le personnel courtois!
