Ciccio Café presents a refined culinary approach centered on authentic Italian traditions combined with fresh seafood and flame-grilled specialties. The menu highlights house-made pastas tossed in robust sauces alongside premium cuts of meat prepared over an open flame to ensure a distinct charred finish. Seasonal fish selections arrive daily, offering a rotating variety of oceanic flavors prepared with minimalist seasonings to preserve natural integrity. The kitchen prioritizes high-quality imported ingredients paired with local produce to construct balanced flavor profiles across all courses. Guests encounter an atmosphere defined by industrial lighting and functional decor that emphasizes a focus on the plate. This establishment functions as a direct venue for those seeking prepared proteins and expertly executed starch-based dishes in a structured, professional setting that avoids unnecessary embellishments or extraneous culinary flair.
Ciccio Café is widely regarded as a charming, intimate destination that offers an authentic Italian dining experience away from the typical tourist crowds. Many patrons praise the restaurant for its high-quality, flavorful pasta dishes and generous portions, often highlighting the warm atmosphere and professional, attentive service. While the majority of guests consider it a local gem with excellent value, some recent experiences have noted inconsistencies in wait times, occasional issues with ingredient preparation, and discrepancies between advertised menu prices and the final bill. Despite these mixed remarks, the establishment remains a preferred choice for those seeking a tranquil, homemade meal in a welcoming setting.
Very friendly staff with good customer service. The food was delicious & the prices were reasonable. Booths are available to accommodate families with kids such as ours. The linguine was a big portion, & it was also delicious.
The food was decently priced, but they give you super small portions in a huge plate to make it seem bigger. The food itself wasn't bad, but it sure wasn't exceptional. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo, & I was a bit disappointed that it really didn't taste like what it should have. Overall, I might consider going back, but I'd definitely get something else.
Juste du wow! Serveurs remarquable, poli & souriant, ils travaillent tous ensemble. Repas chaud & goûteux. Prix raisonnable. Intime & non bruyant. Stationnement facile à trouver a proximité. Assis confortablement.

By far the best authentic Italian in the area. Delicious pasta & sauces, cozy atmosphere, friendly & attentive staff. Very reasonable prices. Would recommend over & over!
WOW! check this place out. Went about 5pm & without reservations but they were still able to fit us in. It was very comfortable & had a homey amazing vibe! I got the eggplant parm appetizer & 10/10(MUST TRY & honestly everyone could get one because I didn't wanna share haha). We got the spicy linguine/spaghetti & the linguine with mushrooms & red sauce. I forgot the exact names but all dishes at our table were well seasoned & very tasty. Coming from America I will say this was probably the best service I've seen in a restaurant in a very long time. They had everything we needed & were beyond on top of it. Before you could think someone was aware & got it. Appreciated the small dining area. Cost was well worth it. The pubs I've been to in old Quebec have been way more expensive for not as good as food/experience. I think cost for two people was $70 with huge meals & wine for one. Only tip is make a reservation because not huge amounts of table & it will be worth it! & street parking is sometimes annoying but expected in a city.
Awesome last minute find! We arrived at Quebec City the day of our daughter's birthday. Place was full but definitely worth the 2-hour wait. For antipasti, we had the escargot & calamari. For the entrees, linguini vongole, fettuccine alfredo & pasta limone. & for dessert, my daughter ordered the 3-chocolate mousse cake. A1 service, very good food & nice ambiance. Thanks, guys!!!
Nous sommes allé pour souper après un événement corporatif. Nous étions 4 & avions réservé. La nourriture est excellente & le service hors pair. Nou avons tous apprécié. Chaudement recommandé!
