Le restaurant Coteau propose une expérience gastronomique mémorable, caractérisée par des menus dégustation inventifs, des produits du terroir et une ambiance à la fois chaleureuse et sophistiquée. We when to Muffy for the sunday roast. The entree was super delicious. The roast in itself was good but the side were nothing special. Cheeap food made to a budget, but you see that the chef & cooks are good. I was hopping for more than a cold slaw, some beans & some carrots. The service on the other hand was atrocious. 3 Waiter for 5 tables. They were always in the back or at the computer. They spilled everything, were not available for us. I would not like to see a busy night there. The staff need proper training ASAP & someone to oversee them. Will not return. So many great restaurent in Qébec city but this is not one of them.
Nous somme allé plusieurs fois chez Muffy & nous avons toujours eté très satisfait & agréablement surpris... & cette fois la cuisine il y avait une encore une coche de plus WOW quelle expérience culinaire ( plat 7 services ) & que Dire d'Olivier qui ajoute encore plus a l'expérience client !! merci
I made a reservation here for my family of 4 (including two young children) without having done my due diligence. I was unaware that the menu is strictly a blind tasting menu, with the only option being 3 or 7 courses. I panicked at the thought of my 1.5 & 5 yr old sitting through a tasting menu BUT our lovely waitress assured me that they could have a kids menu & that they could be speedy. This was the case & our food was INCREDIBLE. By far our best meal in Quebec, & it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were all so kind & accommodating, & I can't get over how affordable the tasting menu is for what you get. I'll be recommending Chez Muffy to all who visit Quebec!

We enjoyed a lovely evening at Chez Muffy. The staff, location, decoration & design were all top notch. We had a stunning view of the river from our table.
Our food was incredible! The serving sizes are perfect & feature colourful, fresh ingredients.
Le 25 février dernier, nous avons eu le privilège de vivre une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle Chez Muffy, & nous ne pouvons que remercier chaleureusement notre agente de voyage, Marjo de Deztination, qui nous l'a chaudement recommandé & a pris soin de réserver pour nous.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'atmosphère chaleureuse & élégante du restaurant, où le service attentionné & professionnel nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Chaque plat du menu dégustation 7 services était une véritable oeuvre d'art, tant visuellement qu'au niveau des saveurs. Des ingrédients d'une fraîcheur remarquable, des associations audacieuses & un équilibre parfait dans chaque bouchée - un pur ravissement pour les papilles!
Mention spéciale pour l'accord mets & vins, qui a sublimé chaque assiette & enrichi notre expérience gastronomique. L'attention portée aux détails, tant dans la présentation que dans l'harmonie des saveurs, témoigne du talent & de la passion du chef & de son équipe.

On February 25th, we had the privilege of experiencing an exceptional culinary journey at Chez Muffy, & we can't thank our travel agent, Marjo from Deztination, enough for highly recommending it & taking care of the reservation for us.
From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the restaurant's warm & elegant atmosphere, where the attentive & professional service immediately made us feel at ease. Each dish from the 7-course tasting menu was a true masterpiece-both visually & in terms of flavors. The ingredients were remarkably fresh, the pairings bold yet harmonious, & every bite was perfectly balanced-a pure delight for the taste buds!
A special mention goes to the wine pairings, which elevated each dish & enriched our gastronomic experience. The attention to detail, both in presentation & in the harmony of flavors, reflects the talent & passion of the chef & the entire team.
We leave enchanted by this memorable evening & wholeheartedly recommend Chez Muffy to all fine dining enthusiasts. A huge thank you to Marjo from Deztination for this perfect suggestion-it was an absolutely magical moment that we hope to relive very soon!
Chez Muffy was perfection! The 7-course blind tasting menu was incredible & even more remarkable was the thoughtful wine pairing- which elevated each dish. We already can't wait to return. A magical Quebec Cite dinner experience. Merci beaucoup, Chez Muffy!
Barbara was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile & made sure we felt comfortable. Her service was exceptional-attentive, friendly, & always checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. It's rare to find a waitress who makes you feel so welcomed, & Barbara truly went above & beyond to make our experience special.
On top of the outstanding service, the food was incredible! I came in for breakfast, & every bite was simply delicious. The ingredients were fresh, everything was cooked to perfection, & the flavors were just right. The menu had so many great options that it was hard to choose, but I was more than happy with my selection.
The atmosphere of chez muffy was also fantastic-cozy, inviting, & the perfect place to start the day with a great meal. Everything about this place made me want to come back, & I definitely will. If you're looking for amazing food & top-tier service, this is the spot to visit. & if you're lucky enough to have Barbara as your waitress
We had an unbelievable experience at Chez Muffy. Food was incredibly delish & the staff was so kind & welcoming. W were celebrating a milestone birthday for one of my daughters & also had my two year old granddaughter with us. They treated us royally. Our tasting menus were superb. My wife indicated that it was the best Vegetarian tasting menu she has ever sampled. While our expectations were high they were exceeded. BRAVO Chex Muffy!!
My boyfriend & I enjoyed a very lovely brunch at Chez Muffy on our recent trip to Québec City. The servers were warm, gracious, & attentive & made our experience outstanding & memorable. We admired the beauty of the restored building - the character of the stone walls & exposed wooden beams, as well as the comfort of the spectacular fireplace, & elegant black metal staircase. We were even fortunate enough to receive an impromptu tour of the space by one of the servers, as my boyfriend was very curious to see the upper level of the space! The generous hospitality we received on our visit was truly heartwarming. The brunch itself was delicious. We loved the flavour & full body of the coffee that was served, as well as the pastries that we enjoyed - croissants, pain du chocolate. The à la carte breakfast options were excellent & the presentation of the food was done at a very high level. I loved that we were given a small pot of coffee for our table that was generously refilled. Chez Muffy is in the Auberge Saint-Antoine - a magnificent historically redone building, designed impeccably & thoughtfully. We enjoyed learning from the historical displays, (much like a museum), & we appreciated the beautiful decor & elegant restoration of the Artifact Bar as well with intimately designed spaces. We truly enjoyed our experience here. Our brunch at Chez Muffy was definitely one of the highlights of our trip - we highly recommend it!! Merci beaucoup!!
La cuisine était succulente comme d'habitude. Les mets étaient bien présentés dans l'assiette & bien décrits verbalement par le serveur. Le sommelier avait fait un excellent appariement des vins avec les différents plats & il pouvait l'expliquer finement & clairement aux convives. Le personnel était courtois & aimable, sans être familier. L'atmosphère du restaurant dans le décor historique était chaleureux. Mon épouse & moi sommes convaincus que Chez Muffy est l'un des meilleurs restaurants à Québec & représente bien le haut de gamme de la gastronomie québécoise.
