Nous avons mon mari & moi, vécu une expérience dégustation culinaire absolument extraordinaire. Dès notre arrivée, le maître d'hôtel nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise avec son accueil chaleureux. Le choix de notre table était parfait, une ambiance feutrée & conviviale régnait. Tant de personnes attentives pour nous servir & chacun(une) vraiment attentionnés & gentils envers nous. Nous avons été traités comme des rois! Chaque service présenté avec des explications approfondies nous mettait l'eau à la bouche à chaque fois. Nous recommandons le Coteau à tous qui désirent une expérience hors des sentiers battus.

We had an excellent 5 course tasting menu. The food was delicious & creative. We also did the wine pairing which was good but I would not recommend it or do it again. The price for each person was $89 for four very small pours. The pairings were very good but we could have purchased several bottles of good wine (we had 4 people in our party) for the price of about two full glasses each.

A delightful way to spend an evening. There is no menu, but rather a wonderful journey of surprises through restaurant-grown produce, local seafood & meats. Portions are appropriate for a seven or five course dinner. The wine list is extensive & staff are very helpful in guiding through it.

A comfy booth in a cozy atmosphere. I recommend.

I usually do not leave reviews but this was the best dining experience we have had in a long time & the highlight of our family's week long trip to Quebec City! We chose to do the vegetarian experience- each course was delicious, our servers were personable & attentive, & the ambiance was great. Couldn't recommend more!

Beautiful rustic atmosphere with knowledgeable, friendly servers! The tasting menu was a 5 star, farm to table menu with unique, delicious courses! A wine pairing can be done for each course! We absolutely loved Coteau & highly recommend a dinner here!!

Outstanding food. Imaginatively created & locally sourced. Its a blind tasting menu but all courses were fantastic. The wine pairing is definately pushing boundaries & whilst all were interesting, I personally thought some worked better than others. Of the 3 dinners we had in Quebec this was easily the best, far surpassing a local one star Michelin. Talented team creating a great experience. Throughly recommend.
