Si vous voulez tout savoir sur la fabrication du sirop d'érable vous serez au bon endroit. Nous avons passé un bon moment à échanger avec Sylvain : des érables à la transformation, il nous a tout expliqué.. nous repartons avec plein d'informations & évidemment avec de bons produits achetés sur place. Des visites & des rencontres comme on les aime! Merci Sylvain !

Nous étions venu à la base un dimanche midi à l'improviste pour simplement acheter du sirop d'érable pour ramener en France.
Nous avons été accueilli par Sylvain qui nous a fait visiter sa fabrique, nous a expliqué le processus. D'un passage rapide de 5 minutes nous sommes restés 1h45 en repartant avec un lot d'anecdotes & de souvenirs.
Quel plaisir de faire de si belles rencontres 😊
C'est réellement l'image que nous nous faisons du Québec, de belles rencontres fortuites qui vous laissent de merveilleux souvenirs. ✨✨
