Ambiance décontractée, bons cocktails, bon vins, service rapide, courtois & discret. Très bons plats. Quelques uns ressortent plus que d'autres. Belle présentation & très savoureux. 2e visite & j'y retournerai.

Les cocktails sans alcool n'étaient pas assez balancés (pas sucré ou trop acide).
Les descriptions de menu manquaient de détails & menaient à des problèmes & à de la confusion.
Les plats ne sont pas arrivés en même temps. Par ex: tout le monde avait reçu un plat & une personne a seulement reçu la sienne 20min plus tard & surtout lorsque tout le monde avait terminé. Un peu décevant.
Par contre, la qualité de nourriture était bien.

Cuisine traditionnelle japonaise, mais de qualité supérieure (fraîcheur des produits, raffinement des assaisonnements), saké chaud très parfumé ! Juste : la salle étant petite & très fréquentée, le dîner-souper fut bruyant. Cocktail moyen.

Their Miso Salmon is probably the best salmon I have ever tasted in my life. Good selection of cocktails & overall amazing tasty food. The small portions allow you to try a lot of different dishes.

Nous sommes toujours bien reçus au Hono Izakaya : le personnel est sympathique, il nous explique bien le menu & nous aide à optimiser notre expérience. La bouffe est bien exécutée & le menu présente un bel équilibre entre l'offre carnivore & l'offre végétarienne. On en sort repu, mais pas ballonné! Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé les cocktails. Un petit bémol pour le comptoir-cuisine un peu bruyant par instants.
