I went twice during my stay in Quebec City. Food is a bit overrated but good overall.
Service is great.

I want to begin by thanking the Izakaya staff for being so flexible in accommodating so many changes in our reservation. We contacted them by email & they got back to us quickly. They were gracious & helpful each time we had to make changes.

The food was excellent. The wait staff explained the premise of the restaurant is to share many plates across various areas of the menu. All the dishes we ordered were excellent. The tofu curry was outstanding, the sauce was gentle & elegant. The dumplings were amazing, we split our order & got half vegetable & half pork. The sauces the came with were perfect for the fillings.
The service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy.

Overall, I would recommend the restaurant highly

Superbe expérience. On s'est laissé guider par notre super gentille serveuse qui a choisi les plats que nous avons dégustés & adorés. Le poulet frit est exceptionnel. Un repas mémorable & très peux dispendieux.
