Marvelous! Wonderful flavors, masterfully combined. Yakatoris were excellent, particularly the salmon - however we also tried the chicken sausage & mushroom confit, both delectable as well. Okonomoyaki was a delight. & don't sleep on the miso crème brûlée.

Sit at the bar counter if you can, the cocktails they make are artisan level intricate & you get to see them made up close. Had appetizers, mains, drinks, & desserts--all exceptional.

Don't skip this restaurant. We came here after a bad experience at a nearby place, & it completely turned our night around.
Delicious food, great prices & excellent service.
Definitely try the fried tofu the sauce is amazing.

Très belle découverte ! Nourriture exceptionnelle ! Personnel aimable & dévoué ! Les serveurs connaissent tout de leurs produits, ce qui rend les pays encore pkys savoureux. Les vins sont e vêtements & d'importation privée. Hâte d'y retourner !

The food here was amazing, a must try in QC if you're in the area. It gets busy quick & it's advised to be there 10-20 minutes before opening if you're a walk-in (that's what we did, might be excessive but we were guaranteed a spot). Genuinely the most delicious pork belly I've ever had in my life, crispy exterior & so tender that it melts in your mouth inside. Their seasonal dessert was so refreshing & unique as well, we had a cookie with a cream(?) on it? Divine.

J'avais hâte d'enfin essayer le Hono Izakaya & mes attentes ont été surpassées!! 🤩 La nourriture était délicieuse & à bon rapport qualité-prix & en plus, l'hospitalité & le service étaient remarquables. Le staff a été super accommodant sachant que nous avons ajouté une personne dernière minute à notre réservation & que nous avions un bébé avec nous. Merci à toute l'équipe! Une excellente adresse à essayer à Québec 👌
