This is a premier bistro in the city of Quebec & one of the rare places that offers true Japanese bistro style plates… Osaka Okonomiyaki anyone?
For aficionados the daikon & kiku were on point & the sashimi is far from MID with appropriate garnish, spices & sauce making soy sauce almost optional
More importantly the service was exceptional both out front with our waiter Benjamin & in the back where our trio of cooks prepared tasty but also beautiful plates
Do not let the absence of a sake list fool you, they have plenty & affordably priced options that the servers are aware of & can help you select
As any bistro though be prepared to eat at counter if need be & some people will be incredibly noisy looking to make a show, but it's a small price to pay to have true Japan like taste half a world away!

Most dishes were tasty especially, pork dumplings, temaki rolls & sashimi. Tables are very close to each other. Not much privacy or romance at this trendy restaurant.
