Ce restaurant possède une identité unique qui ne manquera pas de vous séduire. Dès votre arrivée, vous plongez dans une ambiance néo-traditionnelle japonaise, un véritable avant-goût de l'expérience culinaire qui vous attend.

L'accueil est à l'image du lieu : chaleureux, dynamique & souriant. Rapidement, notre regard se pose sur la carte des cocktails, tous plus tentants les uns que les autres. Sous les conseils avisés du talentueux barman, nous optons pour le Cheval Vert & la Tuque Orange. Verdict ? De véritables pépites !

Place à la dégustation. Le menu offre un choix alléchant entre assiettes à partager & plats individuels - ou les deux pour les plus gourmands. Nous débutons avec des oeufs de caille & une soupe miso, un sans-faute. S'ensuivent un Agedashi Tofu & un Karaage accompagné d'une mayonnaise aux oeufs de poisson volant : un pur régal, sublimé par un saké minéral parfaitement assorti.

Lorsqu'est venu le moment de choisir entre les Shumai au porc ou végétariens, on nous propose un mix des deux : impeccable. Déjà conquis, nous décidons malgré tout de céder à la tentation des desserts. Hésitation entre la crème brûlée miso-érable & le chocolat accompagné de caramel japonais… alors pourquoi ne pas prendre les deux ? Le barman nous suggère un saké aux prunes pour les accompagner, & là, c'est une véritable explosion de saveurs en bouche, notamment avec le dessert au chocolat.

Un grand merci pour cette expérience gastronomique inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
