Definitely a recommendation! If you wish to experience Sapporo style Ramen restaurant, you shouldn't miss this place. The Shoyu Ramen is outstanding.!!!
If you can try to get a table around the kitchen area for the most authentic experience.

Le hono est un bonne établissement dans l'ensemble, service professionnel, délais respectable, ambiance feutrée. Malheureusement la nourriture n'étais pas à la hauteur. Les dumpling vege la sauce curry n'es pas bien exécuté trop acidulé, brochette de poulet manquer d'assaisonnement mes cuisson & texture bien, croquette de poisson bien mes trop de patate. Dans l'ensemble bien !

Wasn't expecting a Japanese restaurant to be one of our favorites on our trip to Canada. The food was really great. Lamb & Salmon skewers were some of the best I've had. Sashimi, Waygu, Karaage, Steamed dumplings & drinks were all amazing. Coming from NYC it seemed reasonably priced. Would absolutely go again & highly recommend if you are visiting Quebec.

Gros wow pour le Hono Izakaya 🔥 Service écoeurant ! P-A en cuisine a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, chaque assiette, chaque détail, avec full de passion. On a vraiment senti l'amour de la bouffe, autant de lui que de son chum en cuisine. Définitivement un resto à essayer !
