Première visite. Beau concept. Carte de saké impressionnante & cocktails magnifiques. Service détendu & sympathique. Belles portions. Ne manque plus qu'une ambiance Nippone authentique & des saveurs... savoureuses. Tout est uniquement salé, Pokuribu supposément glacé...à la sauce brune Mazemen tantan lourd, pâteux, sans goût...Ramen au bouillon fade & quelconque). Désolé mais côté nourriture c'est franchement...très décevant pour être poli, & très dispendieux en proportion de la qualité. On y va pour boire ? Oui. Pour manger ? Non. Date de la visite : 29 juin.
The service was lovely & the cocktails were great but the food was horrible. I had the Iru Ramen. The ground pork looked like cat food, the pork slices looked like it has been sitting out for awhile, & the broth has a weird taste that I could not put my finger on it. It tasted burned. I could not eat it. I tried but it looked & tastes so unappealing.
L'ambiance est bonne, les entrée sont ok, cocktails sont bonne aussi, mais les ramen... je ne peux même pas appeler ça des ramen, 1- bouillon trop gras 2 - les nouilles sont toutes collantes, ce qui veut dire qu'elles ont été cuites à l'avance , la viande hachée est juste dégoûtante( au goût de creton cheap ) le résultat est que nous ne l'avons pas fini & que nous ne reviendrons pas. Pour ce prix & ce restaurant ramen de basse qualité . L'impression que cette ramen pour les gens qui jamais mange du vrai ramen .

Definitivement un des meilleurs restos a quebec! Les 3 fois que j'y suis allée nous avons eu un excellent service. La nourriture est aussi incroyable. Je recommande fortement d'essayer les assiettes à partager. À mon avis les 2 must à essayer sont les chou-fleurs frits laqués à la sauce épicée ainsi que les pleurotes gratinés au miso. Pour ce qui est des cocktails je recommande le Mojitockyo ainsi que le Ichiban Ice Tea. Enfin un resto à quebec avec une belle ambiance, de la bonne bouffe & un tres bon service. & le tout à un prix relativement abordable. Je recommande fortement

We came in for lunch, the staff was courteous & professional, the music was awesome (namely some 1980s Japanese pop which fits well with the vibe). We ordered a couple of cocktails & they were pretty awesome. We had the karage chicken to start with the Korean spicy sauce. I found the sauce was bland & tasted more of Buffalo sauce rather than a proper gochujan sauce. The chicken pieces were okay, although the breading was nothing special. not a good value. All in all, below average. We then had our bowls of ramen, the IRU ramen. & in my opinion they were borderline disgusting, the noodles were stuck together in clumps of dough & of obvious low quality, practically greasy. The broth reassembled a thin gravy with MSG rather than a proper ramen broth. 0 hints of any depth, a bland salty gravy. The chunks of ground pork had zero flavor & tasted bowled. The soft boiled egg was cold & felt like it came right out of the fridge. 20 bucks + tips & tax for such a low quality dull bowl of matter, luckily I was quite hungry... I'm pretty disappointed. Whatever else that was coming out of the kitchen other than the ramen smelt pretty good, if I were to go back, I'd try something else off the menu. But I am in no rush to eat there again. Maybe just stop for a cocktail while I'm at the mall.
Excellent service, efficace, courtois, serveur blagueur agréable & ambiance parfaite! Très bonne nourriture, assiettes copieuses, mais pas authentique japonaise à mon avis. Cocktails originaux, carte des vins très abordable. Parfait pour passer une belle soirée.
La nourriture était bonne mais il manque un peu de gout dans certains plats. Bon service. Le cocktail Negroni le prix est un peu exagérer & il manque d'alcool pour le prix...
