Konbanwa! Ma première fois dans ce beau restaurant au thématique Neo-tokyo/cybertown, belle ambiance, beau restaurant,belle acceuille & surtout bon service. Petit point négatif pour le o Tonketsu Ramen, étant un fan d'izakaya & de la culture japonaise je crois que le bouillon peut être amélioré ou revisité ,peut être dans sa filtration lors de la préparation du bouillon tonketsu(os de porc) ou dans son assaisonnement. Je suis certain que tout va se règler avec l'ajustement peut être même une acceuille plus traditionnelle (introduction japonaise, salutations, présentation du saké) rendrait ca parfait, sur ce on se dit "Matane".

Le Negroni fume etait dans une autre ligue!! Nous avons adoré les Gyoza, les Crabcakes & le poulet frit. L'ambiance est le fun, pas trop bruyante mais vivante. On y retourne bientôt!

Nous avons été présents le soir de l'ouverture & tout était excellent. Super service & chaque plat était délicieux! Bien hâte d'y retourner, heureuse d'avoir enfin un bon restaurant japonais avec autant de choix! ☺️
