What a beautiful ambiance as soon as we come inside the restaurant, we are welcome with the two owners who are also chefs, it's only a table for 10 people with 10 to 12 course menu with wine pairing. It was fantastic from beginning to end.

Une expérience gustative de haute volée. Chaque plat, chaque bouché, sont d'une délicatesse & d'une ingéniosité que nous avions rarement l'occasion de goûter. Les deux chefs propriétaires sont de véritables orfèvres de la gastronomie. Les accords mets-vins sont également exceptionnels, avec une sélection de bouteilles qui sortent de l'ordinaire. À coup sûr, l'une des meilleures tables de Québec.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Chaque élément du menu (env 10 services) était délicieux. L'accord mets & vins était très bien pensé. Les portions sont suffisamment généreuses. Nous avons découvert & dégusté de bons produits locaux & de saison, provenant en grande majorité du Québec & parfois du Canada. Le chef est très accueillant & passionné. Le lieu est élégant, les objets du restaurant sont beaux & bien choisis, l'ambiance est agréable & intime. Certainement une des meilleurs tables du Québec !

Seconde visite aussi fabuleuse que la 1re à ce resto unique en son genre: accueil chaleureux, sans prétention, mets/bouchées variés tout aussi succulents les uns que les autres concoctés sur la base de produits québécois. Les deux jeunes chefs passionnés sont nos hôtes & accueillent une seule tablée pour la soirée (nous étions huit), ce qui recrée une ambiance de repas gastronomique chez des amis. On a adoré!! Grand merci Cassandre & Pierre-Olivier & bonne suite!

We had a fabulous evening. The food & drinks were spectacular, the setting is lovely, & the chefs were warm & welcoming. We were a bit nervous before we arrived since we don't speak French but were quickly made to feel welcome by the chefs & other guests. The chef explained all the courses in both French & English. Highly recommended.
