Excellent restaurant gastronomique.
Le concept d'une tablée avec menu dégustation 10 services est génial.
Les goûts & textures sont variés, avec beaucoup de finesse. & en plus, le tout est réalisé avec des produits locaux.
Découverte intéressante & succulente de multiples produits alcoolisés québécois également.
Un must à Québec ! On a adoré!

Excellente expérience client. Le concept d'une seule table pour les convives est parfait. Chaque service est une suprise. C'est excellent, autant pour les yeux que pour la bouche. Découverte de produits locaux. Le service est excellent & très convivial. À y retourner régulièrement.
