We were walking around in a snowy day, looking for another place, & ended up in this beautiful place. The Bruch plate in my picture was out of choice, & it was THE BEST. The think omelet with cheese. The meats were deliciously presented & tasty, the duck & the smoked trout, the sausage & the maple bacon, the toasted bread with butter, the hash brown, the salad with a nicely prepared nivagre, the French toast with the fruits & a sugary sauce on top... everything on its own & separated is a wow momment after the other. The atmosfere, with the jazz music & the decoration, the naked brick walls, the wooden texture in many spots. & my hot chocolate was like i do in the office, wipped cream & cinnamon added too, without asking or knowing. This is a cozy place you want to come back & recommend for sure.

Excellent service, very attentive staff! We ordered a charcuterie plate (cheese & meat), wine, cider & sangria - all delicious. Would definitely recommend.

On a recent girl's trip we had the great pleasure of stopping into La Buchette for supper. We had tried to get into another restaurant but a large line up proved to be our good fortune as we moved on looking for a place to eat. La Buchette, with its sweet blue & white gingham covered tables, beckoned to us. The food & drinks were amazing. We started with a cheese & charcuterie board that was plentiful with a good variety of meats & cheeses, along with a scrumptious fig jam. Then we ordered the Arctic Char Tartare, the Waygu Burger & the Lobster Ravioli & we were not disappointed. Each dish was well prepared & delicious. Both the red & white Sangria were delicious & the special drink, Passion Quebecois, was a real experience. Our waitress extraordinaire, Arielle, was very accommodating & provided exceptional service to us. She was very personable & we really enjoyed interacting with her. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. It is a gem & we will return.

I want to extend my heartfelt compliments to all the servers & chefs at La Buchette, especially the manager. The food here is absolutely fantastic & super delicious. The vibe in the restaurant is excellent, making every visit a truly delightful experience. Thank you for your outstanding service & culinary expertise! The onion soup is one of the nest I have had. The accompany cheese toast was also a highlight & not an afterthought. It was also served at a perfect hot temperature at what a soup should be. The scallops were perfectly done the accompanying sauce is just exquisite! Best of all is the deer! Only mildly gamy, but you'll completely overlook that with how tender it is. It came perfectly done in medium rare, most tender & delicious meat I have had. It is also paired with mashed potatoes with sauce in it that help further reduce the meat's gaminess. (We got too excited & forgot to take phots of it... haha) Best restaurant i have been to in a while.

Amazing!! Great bartender last night with custom craft cocktails! This morning's breakfast for both my wife & I were amongst the best we had! I had the egg casserole & she had a cheese omelette 🙏

It was awesome. The breakfast food was spectacular. We were a big group & as far as I know no mistake in the order & everyone was satisfied. I had the trout served on toast with poached eggs & goat cheese. So good. Didn't not think about snapping a picture. Will have to go again.. 😉
